THE SELECTED senior teams for this weekend’s matches.
All Division 1 and Division 2 teams will field 23 players this week, with the 23rd Player Rule in use again in Round 16. Watsonia and Banyule will also utilise the rule in Division 3.
Nick Carter is one of four inclusions for Northcote Park ahead of its clash with Greensborough for the Neale Carroll Cup. The Cougars have lost Tarkyn Lockyer and Joel West, however Nick Riddle is out of the Boro’s line-up through injury.
Bundoora has named Kent Delbridge and Ned McKeown for its trip to J.E. Moore to play West Preston-Lakeside. The venue hasn’t been a happy hunting ground of late for the fifth-placed Bulls, who have lost their past three games at the ground.
Montmorency has regained Mark McKenzie for its clash against Heidelberg at Montmorency Park South Oval. The Tigers will be without Ben Cosgriff and Jarrod Hodgkin.
Hurstbridge has named Micheal Farrelly, Brayden Shaw and Blair Harvey as it looks to end its three-game losing streak in Division 2 when it travels to neighbour Diamond Creek. The Creekers have made six changes to the team that defeated Fitzroy Stars by 13 points last week.
In Division 3, Epping will be without skipper Daniel Moore for its top-four clash against South Morang – where the Blues will be searching for their third win against the ladder-leader for the season.
Watsonia has lost Matthew Crompton and Andrew Bennett for its home match against Banyule. The Bears will be bolstered by the return of Luke Giles.
