Senior Teams | August 5-6 | Northern Football Netball League

The selected teams are in for this week’s NFNL senior football matches.

All senior men’s teams in MC Labour Division 2 and Heidelberg Golf Club Division 3 are permitted to select a 23rd Player for this weekend’s matches. The 23rd Player must be an under-19 eligible player and can’t have previously played more than two senior games.

Charlie Bowes comes into Greensborough’s lineup for their important clash with Bundoora while the Bulls make five changes, as Brent Marshall, Jack Maruff and Ben Young all come back into the side.

Kai Kearns and Max Thompson return for Heidelberg in their trip to Hurstbridge with Mitchell Moschetti headlining the inclusions for the Bridges.

Montmorency welcome back some massive names for their clash with Macleod, as Braedyn Gillard, Liam McMahon and Liam Wale-Buxton all come in for the Magpies, while the Roos make six changes with one of the out’s being club leading goalkicker Michael Hurley.

Jesse Tardio will play his first game for North Heidelberg since Round 9 as they take on Banyule, while Mitchell Andrews and Blake Watson headline the inclusions for Whittlesea in their trip to West Preston-Lakeside.

Lawrence Lopiccolo comes back for Thomastown as they host Panton Hill while both Ewan MacPherson and Mitch Tobin will miss for Diamond Creek as they travel to St Mary’s.

Both Eltham and Watsonia will miss some key names in their clash at Eltham Central Park, while Billy Barden has been included in Lower Plenty’s lineup for their clash with Epping.

South Morang premiership skipper Mathew Robinson headlines the additions to the Lions’ side for their match with Northcote Park, while the Cougars welcome back Christopher Clark.

The Fitzroy Stars have made seven changes for their battle with Reservoir and will be without Peter Hood and Lionel Proctor for the match.

Laurimar meanwhile go into their huge clash with Kinglake unchanged, bar the 23rd player, from their big win over Heidelberg West last week.

Selected teams for the NFNL Women’s competition will be named in the lead-up to their Qualifying or Elimination Finals this weekend.
