NFNL Rule Changes for 2026

 

The NFNL have introduced a couple of new rule changes across the senior men’s & senior women’s competitions ahead of the 2026 season.

The rules changes are in line with the AFL rule changes that were announced late last year, with the NFNL to adopt two of the nine rules as attached.
