The NFNL is pleased to advise that the AFL will cover the cost of all trainers attending sports trainers courses for the 2022 season.
NFNL medical partners Alphington Sports Medicine Centre delivers all sports trainers courses for the NFNL, and the cost will this year be covered by the AFL.
Please note: this year we have introduced a deposit of $50 per trainer for these courses because in the past we have had too many people book and not turn up.
The deposit will be refunded back to the participant after they have attended the course, and the NFNL will manage the administration of the AFL subsidy on behalf of all parties.
Details for this year’s courses are:
Sunday 27 March: 9am – 5pm
Monday 4 and 11 April (you must attend both sessions): 6pm – 10pm
Sunday 15 May: 9am – 5pm
Monday 30 May and 6 June (you must attend both nights): 6pm – 10pm

There is a limit on the number of participants per course, therefore please book in early to avoid missing out.
Please note: The subsidy applies only for sports trainers courses. It does not apply to First Aid, CPR and ECR courses.
