The selected teams for this week’s NFNL senior football matches are in for this weekends action.

All senior men’s teams are permitted to select a 23rd Player for this weekend’s matches. The 23rd Player must be an under-19 eligible player and can’t have previously played more than two senior games.

Bundoora will bring in Kain Proctor as well as welcome back returning recruit Jack Furlong in their Melbourne Greyhounds Division 1 game against Hurstbridge, but the Bulls will lose some key personnel in Sam Lloyd, David Zaharakis and Hamish Shepheard.

Brad Leggett returns for Macleod although they will be without Anthony Doherty, while their opponents Northcote Park  will be bolstered by the inclusions of Alexander Boyse and Jordan Perry.

Brent Harvey will suit up for his first game of the season with North Heidelberg but he won’t have Anthony Daw and Curtis Howden-Crhak playing alongside him this week.

The Bulldogs host West Preston-Lakeside who gain Joshua Iacobaccio from VFL duties but do lose Ahmed Saad to injury.

Whittlesea will lose a heap of key players for their clash against Heidelberg, with the likes of Zach Molloy, Jarrad Waite and Jaron Murphy all unavailable.

The Tigers regain Dylan Clarke but will be without Tom Bellchambers.

In MC Labour Division 2, Brent Stanton, Riley Loton and Patrik Della Rocca have been named for Banyule’s huge match against Lower Plenty, but will miss the likes of Michael Italia and Mitchell Lovell.

Eltham will miss big names Matthew Williamson and Anton Woods when they travel to Watsonia while Thomastown skipper Josh Beare as well as Daniel Chadwick return for the Bears’ clash with the Fitzroy Stars, although they will be without Masaki Miki.

Ryan Pingree comes into the Diamond Creek lineup to face Epping who won’t have Alec Buchan due to injury.

For Heidelberg Golf Club Division 3, Rohan Buzzini will be a welcome return for South Morang when they take on Reservoir, but the Lions will miss Mathew Robinson.

Matthew Keys returns to the Old Eltham Collegians squad for their big game against a Laurimar side who will be without skipper Mitch Thompson.

Joshua Mazzarella and Ryan Bongetti are notable omissions for Mernda’s clash against Lalor while Scott Swindells returns to Kilmore’s side when they face Heidelberg West.

Selected teams for the NFNL Women’s competition will be named in the lead-up to Sunday’s matches.
