The La Trobe University Netball Club is seeking an assistant coach to help the club’s four netball teams in the 2024 winter season.

Position: Assistant Coach
Reporting to: President and Head Coach
Qualification required: Foundation Coaching Accreditation and Working with Children Check.
Location: Bundoora
League: Northern Football Netball League (NFNL)
Remuneration: Available upon request
Information: Trainings – 8:00pm-10:00pm Thursday Nights
Games: Friday Nights
Games are played at La Trobe Sports Stadium, Nets Banyule Stadium, Community Bank Stadium, Mernda Central College and RMIT Bundoora.
Responsibilities
• Work with head coach to develop and implement training strategies and drills.
• Use learnings from match day to formulate training strategies.
• Watch and analyse games, providing feedback to players.
• Support players to ensure they reach their potential.
• Uphold the club’s reputation as an enjoyable environment for netballers to enjoy playing netball and socialising through participation.
• Attend training sessions, game days and other club events.
