Melbourne Greyhounds Team of the Year
It was no easy task picking a side from Division 1, with so many players putting together outstanding individual seasons across the competition.
Nine of the ten teams had players selected, with minor premiers Heidelberg having six selections including Rosbrook Medal winner Sam Gilmore and Coaches MVP Luke Bunker as the Tigers dominated the forward and midfield lines.
Montmorency had three players included along with two each from Bundoora, Greensborough, Banyule, North Heidelberg, Hurstbridge and Eltham. Diamond Creek had one selection to round out the side for 2026.
