The 2026 Coaches MVP winner for Heidelberg Golf Club Division 1 women’s football has been announced.
St Mary’s Kiara Delia stormed home in the count to win the MVP award, polling 33 of her 61 votes between Rounds 10 and 14.
Delia has had an outstanding debut season with St Mary’s, with ten appearances in the best players for the Burra from her eleven home and away games.
The former VFLW North Melbourne player’s top performances came against Heidelberg in Round 1 (nine votes), Banyule in Round 5 (seven), Heidelberg in Round 8 (nine), Montmorency in Round 10 (eight), Banyule in Round 12 (nine). She finished with a flurry, earning twenty votes across the last three rounds to rocket to the top of the leaderboard.
Delia finished six votes clear of Eltham’s Mary Robinson and Michaela Molenberg who tied for second on 55 votes and St Mary’s teammate Emmison Zealley on 49 votes.
