Women’s Review: April 5-6

Our biggest senior women’s competition yet got underway over the weekend with some sides already stamping their authority in their respective divisions.

Diamond Creek Women’s 1 got off to a strong start in their 2025 Heidelberg Golf Club Division 1 campaign, after defeating Heidelberg by 21 points at Warringal Park.

The Mernda Junior Football Club is seeking Under 9’s and Under 10’s footballers for the upcoming 2025 season.

The Fitzroy Stars rallied to pick up an opening round triumph in the Heidelberg Golf Club Division 3 competition, defeating Laurimar by 24 points at Laurimar Reserve.

Heidelberg celebrated the unfurling of their 2024 Melbourne Greyhounds Division 1 premiership with a statement making 130-point thumping of North Heidelberg at Warringal Park.

The Northern Football Netball League (NFNL) is delighted to confirm the appointment of Andrew Smith as a Board Director.
