Stars shine bright at Keon Park

Published on Wednesday, August 15, 2012

The last time the Stars had three teams or more competing in premiership deciders in the one season was back in 1992.

That year the club had four teams play in Grand Finals – the under-9s, under-11s, under-15s and under-17s – at Preston City Oval.

This year Keon Park has three teams in Grand Finals – the under-11s, under-13s and under-17s – with the games to be played at Crispe Park, home of the Reservoir Football Club.

The Stars will be hoping for the same luck they had 20 years ago, when all teams were crowned premiers.
