23rd Player Rule – Round 16

FOR the final time this season, the 23rd Player Rule will be used in Division 1 this weekend.

All Division 1 clubs will be eligible to select 23 plays for their senior game. The 23rd player must be an under-19 player.

This rule has applied during four rounds throughout the year. It has already been used in round 4, 8 and 12, and will again be utilised again this week.

The 23rd player cannot be the same player in all four games. It must be a different player in each of the games.

Heidelberg – Lewis Beers
Lower Plenty – Pat Cronin
Macleod – Reid Brandt
Montmorency – Jake Wild
Northcote Park – Nik McNiece
West Preston-Lakeside – Mitch Tobin
Whittlesea – Joel Bramble
